• Experiencing emotional releases, such as tears, laughter, or changes in mood, as well as heightened awareness of physical sensations like tingling, warmth, or relaxation.

• Temporary discomfort, which may manifest as physical tension, fatigue, or emotional vulnerability during or after sessions.

2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY:

1. In consideration of receiving holistic healing services from The sacred haveli, I hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless:

• The sacred haveli, its employees, affiliates, and representatives, from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, causes of action, or liabilities, including but not limited to those arising from negligence.

• The sacred haveli is not responsible for any physical or mental health damage or injury that may occur during or after sessions.

1. I understand that results from holistic healing services are not guaranteed and may vary for each individual based on personal circumstances, readiness for change, and other factors beyond the control of The sacred haveli.

2. I acknowledge that any and all material shared via The sacred haveli, including content on the website, social media, and other media platforms, is intended for informational purposes only. The sacred haveli is not liable for any consequences resulting from the use of such material, and users should exercise their own discretion and judgment when applying this information.

 

3. MY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. I accept full responsibility for:

4. CONSENT TO TREATMENT:

I consent to receive holistic healing services voluntarily, understanding that The sacred haveli integrates energy healing, spirituality, and life coaching practices. I acknowledge that these services do not substitute medical diagnoses or treatments, and results are not guaranteed. I agree to continue seeking medical advice or treatment from qualified healthcare professionals as needed.

 

5. CONFIDENTIALITY:

I understand that all information shared with The sacred haveli, including personal details and session content, will be kept strictly confidential, except as required by law or in situations of imminent danger to myself or others.

 

6. GOVERNING LAW:

I accept and agree that this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the United Kingdom.

 

By considering and potentially engaging in services offered by The sacred haveli, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this Agreement. I affirm that I am entering into this Agreement willingly and freely, without coercion or undue influence. This Agreement shall be binding upon my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
