1.3 We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the website and services will signify your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any updates or changes.

1.4 If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

1.5 These terms and conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and The sacred haveli Holistic Healing and Coaching Services concerning your use of our website and services.

2. SERVICES PROVIDED:

2.1 The sacred haveli offers intuitive, holistic healing, coaching, and mentoring services designed to manage stress, enhance wellbeing, improve emotional resilience, foster spiritual connection, and support balanced living. Our services encompass a range of modalities, including Theta Healing, Reiki, spiritual life coaching, and Occupational Therapy (OT), all dedicated to promoting holistic health and personal growth.

2.2 Our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on our website or discussed during our sessions.

2.3 The Provider agrees to perform the following services for the Client:

  • Holistic healing and coaching sessions (Theta healing, Reiki, spiritual life coaching, and OT) (online, in-person, and group sessions) – These sessions are tailored to meet the individual needs of each client, providing personalized guidance and support.

  • Holistic Healing and coaching mentorship package (online, in-person, and group sessions) – This comprehensive package includes regular sessions, personalized strategies, and ongoing support to help clients achieve their wellness and personal development goals.

  • Occupational Therapy intervention (online, in-person, and group sessions) – These interventions are designed to help clients improve their ability to perform daily activities and achieve a higher quality of life through personalized therapeutic strategies.

2.4 We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. This right is exercised to ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of both the service provider and other clients. Decisions to refuse service may be based on factors such as inappropriate behavior, safety concerns, or the inability to meet the specific needs of the client within the scope of our services.

3. PAYMENT TERMS:

3.1 Payment for services must be made in advance, unless otherwise agreed upon. All services and packages selected will be in accordance with those mentioned on the website and the Services contract. This ensures that clients are committed to their healing and coaching journey, allowing us to allocate resources and time effectively.

3.2 Payment shall be made in full prior to the initial session or through a payment plan which may be discussed with the Provider. Payment plans, if offered, will be detailed in the Services contract. These plans are designed to provide flexibility while ensuring that the financial commitment is clear and manageable for clients.

3.3 The Client shall be liable for late payment fees if payment is delayed. Late payments will incur a twenty percent (20%) late payment fee. Continued failure to pay may result in the suspension or termination of services. It is the client's responsibility to ensure timely payments to avoid disruptions in their service and additional fees.

3.4 Payment methods include bank transfer or Stripe. Detailed instructions for making payments will be provided upon confirmation of services. All payment information will be handled securely, and clients will receive a confirmation receipt once the payment is processed. For clients opting for payment plans, a schedule will be provided, outlining due dates and amounts.

4. SCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS:

4.1 For 1:1 session, meetings shall be conducted via Zoom, with each session lasting 60-75 minutes. The exact duration will depend on the needs of the session and the progress made during the meeting. It is recommended that clients join sessions from a quiet, private location where they can fully focus without interruptions.

4.2 The Client agrees to notify the Provider forty-eight (48) hours in advance of any scheduled 1:1 session that needs to be canceled. The Provider reserves the right to charge the Client for missed/canceled meetings that are not notified within this timeframe. In such cases, a distant healing session or a recorded session may be provided as an alternative, at the Provider's discretion. This policy ensures that time and resources are utilized efficiently and that other clients have the opportunity to schedule sessions.

4.3 If the Provider cancels a 1:1 session, a catch-up session will be offered at a later date. If the Provider cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, a catch-up session will be offered within a week. The Provider will make every effort to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time to ensure continuity of the coaching and healing process.

4.4 For all other sessions, including group sessions, workshops, and healing circles, there is no refund or rollover policy.

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

5.1 Clients are expected to commit to their transformation, be proactive, maintain mutual respect, and exhibit consistency and perseverance. Success in the coaching and healing process requires dedication and active participation.

5.2 Clients must be open-minded and willing to participate actively in the coaching and mentoring process. This involves being receptive to new ideas, strategies, and perspectives.

5.3 The Client is responsible for their own health, wellbeing, and actions. The results of our services depend on individual effort and commitment. The Provider offers guidance and support, but the Client must take responsibility for implementing changes and making decisions.

5.4 The Client agrees to communicate honestly, be open to feedback and suggestions, and fully engage in the coaching process. Honest communication is essential for building trust and ensuring that the Provider can offer the best possible support.

5.5 The Client acknowledges that coaching and healing are comprehensive processes that may explore different life areas, and it is ultimately the Client’s decision how to incorporate coaching into each aspect of life. Clients should be prepared to reflect on various aspects of their lives and consider how changes in one area may impact others.

5.6 The Client should ensure they are at peak mental, physical, and emotional state for each session and be ready to work, receive feedback, and try new learning methods. Being fully present and prepared for each session maximizes the benefits of the coaching and healing process.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY:

6.1 All information shared during sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. This confidentiality ensures a safe and trusting environment for personal growth and healing.

6.2 The parties acknowledge and agree that this coaching relationship and all information shared by either party, whether verbal, written, or otherwise, is bound by mutual non-disclosure principles. Both parties agree not to disclose any confidential information of the other party to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law. This mutual respect for privacy fosters a secure and supportive coaching environment.

6.3 The mutual non-disclosure obligations set forth herein shall survive the termination of this Agreement. This ensures that the confidentiality of shared information is maintained even after the coaching relationship has ended.

7. TERM AND TERMINATION FOR ONE-TO-ONE SESSION:

7.1 The initial term of this Agreement for one-to-one sessions shall be three (3) months commencing on the Effective Date. Thereafter, the Agreement shall continue on a month-to-month basis unless terminated by either party in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. This initial term allows for a comprehensive introduction and implementation of the coaching and healing process.

7.2 The Client may not terminate this Agreement unilaterally. A consultation call will be conducted before agreeing to work together. This consultation ensures that both parties are aligned in their goals and expectations before entering into a formal agreement.

7.3 The Provider may terminate this Agreement for one-to-one sessions immediately and without refund if the Client engages in behaviors such as misalignment with session goals, gossip, slander, malicious behavior, demonstrating distrust or disrespect, failure to comply with responsibilities, or any other behavior deemed detrimental. Maintaining a respectful and cooperative relationship is crucial for effective coaching and healing.

7.4 Upon termination of this Agreement for any reason, the Client shall immediately pay any outstanding fees for services rendered up to the date of termination. The confidentiality obligations set forth in this Agreement shall continue to be in effect. This clause ensures that all financial and confidentiality responsibilities are honored.

7.5 Both parties agree to engage in a closure process to allow for a respectful and complete conclusion of the coaching relationship. This process provides an opportunity to reflect on the progress made, address any remaining issues, and ensure a positive conclusion to the coaching and healing journey.

8. RELEASE OF LIABILITY:

8.1 The Coach makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties of any kind regarding the coaching services. Results are dependent on various factors, including the Client's commitment, actions, and individual circumstances.

8.2 The Coach’s liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the Client for all services rendered up to the termination date. In no event shall the Coach be liable for any incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages.

8.3 The Client agrees that the Coach is not liable or responsible for any actions or inactions, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the Coach. The Client acknowledges that they are solely responsible for their decisions, actions, and outcomes arising from the coaching relationship.

8.4 The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Coach from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from or related to the Client's use of the coaching services.
